Due to an error in our billing software, it appears many of the April water bills did not reflect actual water usage and were only billed the minimum amount for the month of April.

As a result, if your April bill did not reflect usage, but only the minimum fee, you may notice a slight increase during the billing cycle for the Month of May.

We believe 615 out of 700 accounts were affected, resulting in a revenue loss of approximately seven thousand ($7000) dollars.

We are working diligently with the current software company to ensure no further issues. Our new software is expected to be fully operational by the August billing cycle.

We appreciate your continued patience as we transition to the new software and apologize for any inconvenience this unfortunate issue may cause.
