Citizens of Belle,
Due to a computer programming error during the process of upgrading the community’s water metering system, it has come to the attention of the Board of Alderman that the May billing cycle did not reflect a minimum usage fee.
In order to reconcile the books, the Board of Aldermen have determined that a second bill reflecting the fee will be sent out during the next billing cycle.
This will be separate from your regular monthly bill.
