Water/Sewer
All residents who own or rent a home or property must complete an application for water/sewer service. If the person is renting a home, a $50 deposit is required. All applications must contain a current mailing address. If you do not have a mailing address, you are required to contact the Belle Post Office and apply for a post office box.
Water meters are read during the last week of the month. Water/sewer bills are due by the 15th of each month. If not paid, a $10 late fee is assessed to the water account on the 26th of the month. If the water/sewer bill is still not paid by the last day of the month, the water is then disconnected. The resident is then charged an additional $50 reconnection fee prior to water services being restored (turned back on).
